We completed the purchase of this mid terraced dwelling in November 2020. The property was an off market probate sale which we sourced through our contact.

The property had been previously converted into two self contained flats and both units had become completely dilapidated.

The decision was made to recreate a single unit family home adding a rear ground floor wrap around extension and a double dormer. This allowed us to create a stunning 1700 sqft four bedroom home.

We agreed a sale prior to completion of the works, which allowed us to offer the buyers some personalisation and design. The refurbishment works finished 8 months later in July of 2021 and the new owners moved shortly after.
